My name is Lucy Brogla, and I’m a State Farm Insurance agent based in Shorewood, Illinois. The greatest part of my job is connecting with people. I love to enlighten people with the knowledge I have regarding insurance and financial services products. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Illinois State University. I also minored in Business Administration. Initially, I worked at State Farm Headquarters and led a team in the systems department. It was a goal of mine to become a State Farm Agent, which I successfully achieved in 2011. During my first year, I became one of State Farm’s Top 100 new agents, and after that, I qualified for the Chairman Circle for five consecutive years from 2012 to 2016.

Outside of work, family is most important to me! I love to spend time with my nieces and nephews, they are the joys of my world! I also like to go on warm vacations to escape the cold Illinois weather and I enjoy boating adventures and basically any water-related activity! When I’m indoors, I like to try artsy and crafty activities and see where my creativity can take me. You may also find me nose down in a good book! I have a big heart for the well-being of children, so I have worked with CASA, which is the Court Appointed Special Advocate. We advocate for the well-being of kids who have been victims of abuse.
